What is the tray/jip/mould/template for printing on food sweets?

Tray/jip/mould/template is a tool to print on food sweets grouply, or a special sweets need a tool to fix it when printed. Video 1 above shows dragee printing with a tray while  the 2nd video shows small candys printing without the tray. Not all food sweets need the tray when printed, dragee and M&M candy are too small so that we suggest using a tray to fix them when printing, one kind of food which easy to melt need tray to hold it when printing.

Why is it available to print on food sweets without tray/jip/mould/template?
1). The food printer is stable enough so that when printing on food, the normal food sweets will not move.
2). Without tray, it is also easy to get the printing location fast.
3). Without tray, it can save cost as there are many kinds of food and size for same and different food sweets.

How to Print on Food Sweets without Tray/jip/mould/template?

1.  For same specification food sweets printing, which means food sweets are with same size, same shape.

Step1.  edit a frame of your food.
Step2. input same photos into the frame for saving, last printing.

2.  For different specifications food sweets printing, which means food sweets are with different sizes or different shapes.
Step1.  edit a frame of your food. we call it blank frame.
Step2. input photos into the frame.
Step3.  blank frame printing on the printer table and then place your food sweets onto the same blank frame location.
