Usually, when we decide to buy machine,not only we will consider the machine price, but also the printing cost.
Now, I share here with you about the printing cost.
It is roughly calculated that one liter ink ( 1000ml ink) is availabe to print full image of 100 sq.m.
100 sq.m = 100 * 100cm * 100cm = 1603* A4 size ( A4 size = 21cm * 29.7cm )
one liter white textile ink need 3 liters of fixing-agent to match ( textile color ink no need for fixing-agnet )
one liter eco-solvent ink need 3 liters of coating to macth.

T-shirt printing cost
1. For dark t-shirt printing , you need
textile ink .( c.m.y.k.w ) .white textile ink and color textile ink
you need fixing-agent .
2. for light t-shirt printing , you only need textile color ink
e.g. textile color ink price : A /liter ( A/1000ml)
textile white ink price : B /liter ( B/1000ml)
fixing agent price: C /liter ( C/1000ml)one liter white textile ink need 1.5 liters of fixing-agent ( textile color ink no need for fixing-agnet )
one liter ink can print the product of 100 sq.m = 100 * 100cm * 100cm = 1603* A4 size ( A4 size = 21cm * 29.7cm )
if you need one t-shirt printing size to approximatly be A4 (21*29.7cm)
Printing cost:
light color t-shirt : A/1603=
dark color t-shirt: A/1603 + B/1603 + 1.5C/1603 =
UV printing cost ( same as the eso-solvent printing cost )
1. For UV printing , you only need UV ink
but for glass,metal, smooth materials printing, you need coating
e.g. UV ink price : D /liter ( A/1000ml )
Coating price: E/liter ( D/1000ml )
one liter eco-solvent ink/uv ink need 3 liters of coating to macth
Standard pvc card size : 8.56 * 5.398cm
one liter ink can print the product of 100 sq.m= 21641 * pvc card
Printing cost:
standard pvc card : D/21641=
smooth metal same size as standaard: D/21641+ 3E/21641 =
Food printing cost
1. For food printing , you only need edible ink
e.g. edible ink price : F /liter ( A/1000ml )
one liter ink can print the product of 100 sq.m= 1603 * A4 size
If you want to print on cake , printing size need to approximately be A4 size
Printing cost: F/ 1603 =
